qualifying as a carpenter

    Hi guys just wondering if anybody can give me some info im a 24 year old and have worked as a carpenter for 8 years i never did an apprenticeship and now i want to know if there is any way i can get qualified without having to do an apprenticeship as in a course/programme as Il be in my 30's by the time im finished an apprenticeship. Thanks

    Don't think there's any way of getting your trade certificate without doing the apprenticeship

    There's something in the back of my mind about the UK having some recognition of prior learning options. Don't have any links, though.
