Hi all, thinking about reseeding some poor land in the near future. Problem is the land has a few stones and thin soil so ploughing isn't an option :( We do have a disc harrow and a spring harrow, what results do ye reckon id get if I gave it a few run's of the harrow after spraying off the old pasture for the reseeding :o

Well if I was doing that type of reseeding job id first
    1. address any drainage issues (if any)

    2. soil test it and give the ground what it needs

    3. Roll well after sowing

I think its Reilig that used to be an advocate of spreading slurry and harrowing in, if you check back on some of the old reseeding threads or minimal till you'll probably find something on it.
