Hi, I'm hoping some of you can help me with this. I don't even know if this is in the right section even.....however I am changing bank accounts and need to contact FIS about where to pay into now....how do I notify them do any of you know?

Write to them quoting your FIS claim number,advise the dept of your new bank account details.

Thanks for that, I see in the booklet the bank gave me an actual credit transfer request form, so I've just filled that up and will post to each place I need to. Hopefully that should be enough and there shouldn't be any problems
