My OH recently went to get her eyes checked. She had been having trouble with her contact lenses. After the eye test she found out that she had been given contacts that were below her prescription but the max in the daily lens. She was never informed of this and it explains the headaches that she had been getting. Is there a case for mis sale of goods or anything similar?

Your spouse would need to get advice from a medical negligence solicitor.

interesting... would this be classed as a serious case do you think?

Have no idea your wife will need to have a medical report saying it was negligence and how much it injured her.
