iPhone 4S screen problem

I was using my iPhone 4s as normal today when the screen started acting weird. The calibration is really off, especially on the right side of the screen, I turned the phone off and this made it worse so I reset the phone (hold Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds) and it was the exact same so I backed up my phone and then restored the phone to factory settings to see if that would fix it but still the same so I'm restoring the phone at the moment. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Does anyone know how to fix this problem? It happened out of nowhere. I'm hoping I won't have to get the screen replaced. The phone is a year and a half old. Would really like some help:( Thanks!
