Bus from Dublin to Cork.

    hi folks,just wondering which bus is best. go be versus bus eIreann. quickest? cheapest? comfort? wifi? thanks,

    Aircoach or GoBE would be your best bet. Both non-stop and have wifi (on most services anyways).

    Bus Eireann X8 is the cheapest, but stops at various town enroute and takes an hour longer.

    Go Bus run its Cork service in conjunction with Bus Éireann.

    If you chose Aircoach, you'd have the option of travelling back from Cork to Dublin throughout the night every two hours.

    I forgot to mention that if you book online in advance on Aircoach's site, they are a good bit cheaper than paying when you get on the bus.

    they do a one way fare online from Patrick's Quay in Cork, to Dublin Bachelor's Walk for 10 euros, and the return is 20 euros

    The buses at night, for example the 11pm and 1am services, take about 2 hours 45 minutes to get back to Dublin city centre,

    The one way fare online with Gobus is 13 euros and 22 euros return.
