    Hello,
    Any advice on this role would be great, I have a interview on Wednesday and looking for some tips and hints on people who are working in this role on what may come up, Have to prepare a 5 min presentation, Have sales management and customer service experience, Any tips would be great thanks in advance

    Inside Sales Executive (Full Time)
    Galway, Ireland
    Description
    The successful candidate will join a fast growing and innovative company and will contribute significantly to the success of SourceDogg product sales.

    This is an exciting opportunity for candidates wishing to join a well funded cloud based software company. Selling to international markets and rapid expansion means sales people are needed for all regions.
    Rapid progression possible and expected.

    Responsibilities

    Cold and warm calling to generate new business and promote SourceDogg products
    Research accounts and identify key players
    Perform product demos using web tools to potential customers
    Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers
    Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of SourceDogg products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
    Consistently achieve revenue objectives
    Expected to handle negotiations with accounts and partners
    Responsible for overall ownership of account and partner relationships in given territory
    Possess in depth knowledge of key competitors and demonstrate ability to articulate SourceDogg’s advantageous position to end users and partners
    Requirements

    Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification, Degree a distinct advantage
    Experience in selling B2B or B2C in highly competitive markets
    Ability to maintain call structure and control
    Ability to work in a high energy, target driven sales environment with minimum supervision
    Team player
    Pleasant and energetic phone manner
    Effective listening and negotiation skills
    Excellent communication skills both written and oral
    Strong attention to detail
    Self-starter with a positive can do attitude
    Professional demeanour
    Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
    Proficient with standard office tools and CRM
    Previous sales training and experience in procurement, sourcing or buying would be an advantage
    Salary
    Excellent Base Salary & OTE up to €60k
