I'm sorry but if anyone out there is a fan of Banksy please don't buy a mass-produced T-Shirt (quite likely produced in a Chinese sweat shop) with his work ripped off onto it.

    Can you imagine his disgust?!

Doubt that they are rip offs if they are for sale on Groupon... Think they would have done their homework on the legality of the items for sale...

    http://www.printedwardrobe.com/legal-information
    Legal Information
Digital media and images are protected under The Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA) which was revised in 1996. As a general rule, photographs are protected under copyright for the life of the photographer plus 70 years. For other images copyright is usually held for a period of 70 years. Copyright protects the owner of the media from unauthorised reproduction, amendments or resale through commercial trade.

When placing an order on Printed Wardrobe, it is the responsibility of the customer to confirm that legal copyright is held against any images uploaded to the website. These images include photographs, digital artworks, trademarks and designs. By ticking the box to confirm the legal right to use an image, the customer accepts full liability for any copyright issues which may arise. If this box is not ticked, the customer will not be able to complete their online order.

In the event that the artwork consists of an amended image, copyright will still apply to the original artwork. In this case it is the responsibility of the customer to declare their rights to use the image, otherwise copyright infringement charges may be incurred.

Printed Wardrobe reserves the right to refund an order if the customer has uploaded text or artwork which is offensive in nature. If Printed Wardrobe deems artwork unacceptable, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be made immediately. A decision will be made in-house as to whether the artwork is acceptable.

The customer holds all legal rights to any images they have designed or created themselves, and the rights to any photographs taken by them personally. If any copyright infringement is suspected, we advise customers to contact the person who owns the image to ensure no legal rights are infringed. Where possible we would advise that a written document is obtained to clarify which reproduction rights have been agreed upon.

Printed Wardrobe accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement. The onus is on the customer to provide full and open disclosure as to their right to reproduce an image. Any questions regarding artwork can be directed to info@printedwardrobe.com and we will endeavour to answer any queries customers may have

    Nice.

People who buy Banksy prints tend to be pretentious arseholes anyway.

    Has anybody purchased this?
I have tried but it goes straight to checkout (cred card details) without letting me pick which two tee shirts I prefer ??

You have to place the order on the Printed Wardrobe site, quoting the voucher code. I presume you can choose prints and sizes there.

There is a big target market for these - anyone that currently sports a Che Guevera t shirt will be queuing to get their hands on these.
