coaching in limerick

    adult male here earlier 30ties based in limerick

    can swim multiple length of the pool, however looking to improve, and improve my stroke as Im not a fast swimmer

    ideal situation would be going to lessons but I guess if you can swim multiple lengths then lessons aren't really what Im after as they tend to cater more for beginners ?

    Anyone know of any lessons for people with my level of swim experience around the limerick region?
