I have bought a ts 115 and it also has turbo factory made built It is 2001 sle gearbox bought this as I am thinking of buying my own baler. I want to be able to chop the bales very well using 11-12 knives. I have flat meadows with only a few uprises like going up a field Nothing really. The fusion is so good as it is one machine that does it all bailing and wrapping a neighbour of mine bales with a new holland 8360 don't know does he chop also a contractor near by bales with a 8360 and a fusion so don't know what to do some people say I need 150hp+ or are I better to buy a McHale f550 and then a wrapper. But the fusion is some machine hope someone can advise me more .

Not too many fusions round these parts but from talking to a few lads the big thing with more the weight then anything. The bigger 150hp tar actors are able to handle the weight. The 115 would be too small IMO so you would be better off sticking just the baler on it. Another thing to factor in is that chopping the bales and and getting a good thight bale needs a nice bit power. the TM range of NH which is the next size up from the TS would be more suited to the fusions.

You will probably be able to run a fusion with the ts115 but you would probably run it better with a bigger tractor and get bigger bales.

Are you looking to use it for your self or for doing contracting?

A ts115 turbod or not will be under pressure with a fusion. And 8360 would be about 130+ before being tweaked and most of them were, they could be pushed up well, up to 160ish and more..... Your turbod ts is more likely to be up to 120 max.

It's not just the driving the baler, its also the constant demand of oil from back end, and the sheer weight of baler not to mention best part of 2bales.
I'd rather go the standard baler and get up to as many knives as possible, think the 550's can take up to 23 depending on how they were spec'd, other option would be welder 235, but the profi is the only on to look at really, can go with 12/13 or the full 25 with the profi!

Don't think a ts115 would be load sensing which is very important for a fusion baler. As in you'd have oil pumping all the time even when the wrapper is not working with the non load sensing pump.

Any range command tractor 8360 or tm range command would have load sensing. Ask a mechanic about it he'd explain it better

Yer underhorsed for the fusion there. Great machine but a one trick pony. Pain in the arse with all that extra weight if you decide to do hay or straw. Baler and wrapper faster anyhow and small tractor will be well able for wrapper

You need ccls hydraulics anyway and a power beyond kit.
You would have serious problems packing a bale tight with that tractor.
A welger is a better bet for you easier driven.
    Locks on the back door
