Can a fine impact a visa and credit rating?

    Hey,

    My brother and his Asian wife are in Germany, and they just received fines for not having their 2-day travel passes stamped (they bought them in advance but didn't know they needed to stamp them!).

    Any indea, if they don't pay, whether this can impact their credit score in UK / Ireland? Likewise, could it impact her future visa applications?

    Or, when they return to Germany, are they going to be hunted down?
