    Hi everyone,

I really want to get involved in and study IT but don't really know what path I need to take. I'm really interested in the 'problem solving' side OF IT like maintenance and problem diagnostics. Just wondering what qualifications/courses should I look at to specialise in that area?

    Thanks

There are a whole load of third-level courses on Information Systems/Technology?
