Does anyone know if the likes of this coming from China http://www.aliexpress.com/item/-/1986493927.html on Aliexpress are likely to work over here, would it be completely unlocked? And also what would be the difference in the likes of mtk6572 and mtk6582 apart from price? I've tried asking the seller but their English…
