These usually go for around €100 when on offer, well over that when not, but I see today they are currently available for £34.95 with free Amazon delivery:

Gives 12 hours of playback on a full charge and will also charge USB devices.

Only downside is that it cannot be charged via USB itself, mains only.

Not on par with a Bose Soundlink but then a Soundlink would cost you four or five times more.

I don't think it's been this price for very long, as CamelCamelCamel are still showing it at £78.58.

but that's based on a £130 price tag rather than 35 so this is a serious bargain if you're not looking for top end sound quality

Yeah, definitely wouldn't pay over €100 for it for sure. Shoqbox or Logitech Boombox better buy at that price and I think the WhatHiFi review would have been mindful of the price in that review also.

Bear in mind though that the one on Amazon does not have the iPod dock that the one in the video does.

No idea. 3.5 cables are standard and USB is also and so no idea what the "adapter" for iPod, iPhone and iPad - could mean tbh.
