Nokia not Logging into Family room

    Anyone having issues logging into family room.
    I have just got my Lumina 1020 back from repair and i cant seem to log into family room or store.

    it says service is down but has been for the last 24 hours.

    Any help appreciated.

    got sorted, just noticed that the date and time was incorrect.

    That sorted everything

    You'll be happy to hear it's a legacy Windows issue that's made it over to the phone, which should try its best to sync the time when it get an internet connection - but doesn't.
