Pints Friendly Blues Guitarist?

Searching for a lead guitarist to complete a classic rock/rock n roll /blues/funk 4 piece drinkin machine based out of Co.Monghan

My previous band of 8 years is recently deceased and I'v got the itch (for tunes).

We played covers and a few original tunes in venues up and down the country and recently I have gig offers coming out my arse. We pay for cold hard cash or free beer, but mostly cash and beer. I'm in Belfast but the band is based out of Co.Monaghan. I travel up and down for gigs mostly at weekends. Generally we play ****-hole bars and biker rallys and get paid for it - 100euro per man.


During the summer/christmas there are plenty of gigs, the rest of the year should have at least 2/3 a month and the craic is fantastic.

I sing vocals and play a bit of guitar- due to a dodgie wrist I cant carry the whole lot myself. I get better with a few light ales.

Some of the gigs are smaller 2 piece acoustic gigs but its much the same stuff.

Rory Gallager, Zeppelin, Cream , Rolling Stones, Thin Lizzy , the who , doobie brothers,james brown, various blues covers etc

Most of the gigs are in Monaghan/Cavan/Louth so must be willing to travel!!

This is for fun and pocket money, so if your interested, stuck for something to be at at the weekend, genuinely a decent guitarist and most importantly can enjoy the craic, give me a shout.
