Hi, I just got a new coffee machine. I'm wondering where in Dublin can i get a bag of nice ground coffee?

Does lidl, 3FE or fixx coffeehouse sell these, anywhere else ?
    Thanks

3FE, Vice, Coffee angel, loads of other places too will sell you excellent coffee beans and they will grind them for you there and then if you want.

However you will be much better off in the long term if you could get yourself a grinder and only grind the coffee as you need it.

What kind of coffee machine is it?

I got a good deal on this model.

I actually can't afford to buy a grinder at the moment, so how much would a bag be including them grinding?

OK, well even a hand grinder would be OK if you were making filter. If you are making espresso it will be more difficult. When you are getting the coffee ground tell them if you are using it for filter or espresso as the grind will be different in each case.

Best of luck with your new machine!

Thanks for the advice, i'll be making expresso mostly. Would you have an estimate of the price they would charge for a bag?

About €6-8 for a 250g bag in most of those places I think.

If you are near Ranelagh Nicks do a cheaper bag of very good coffee (about €4.50 I think)

You can order online too from places such as coffee mojo that have good coffee and not too expensive.

They'd grind it for you, tell them it is for espresso.

They'll usually give you a free espresso if you are buying a bag too!
