    I have a single room available in a 3-bed apartment in Gort na Coiribe, Galway City. The apartment is currently rented out by two guys in the other two rooms and they are looking for another person to rent the single room. Both of them are professionals working around the city and are therefore quiet natured and mature about keeping noise levels to a minimum.

    The apartment itself is on the ground level of a block of apartments and the block is situated amongst the private accommodation side of the estate. Therefore the area is a quiet one as most others renting nearby are also professionals. The apartment is near to shops such as Dunnes Stores and Tesco, and is also close to entertainment such IMC Galway, Eye Cinema, Planet Galway (bowling, pool). The city centre is only a short walk or drive and the entertainment life there is hard to rival.

    The room has a single bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe with two drawers at the base, and a soft cushioned chair. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and electric heating. All refuse is included in the rent and the only other bills are electricity and UPC.
