    Hi,

    I am one of the affected customers with No salary arriving in my account, - will you take my Mortgage payment anyway

    Was just coming onto ask the same thing? Employer uses BoI to pay salary and mortgage and current accounts with BoI.

    If your direct debit for your mortgage has gone unpaid, this will represent in a few days. Taking the bank holiday weekend into account, if this has not represented next week, please contact your branch who will be more than happy to assist you. 
    If you are charged any unpaid fees as a result of this payment delay, these will be waived or refunded.
