I have a contract of employment with my employer under a company name. My wages have been coming in later and later.

I just found out that the company was dissolved in January but the owner director has said nothing to me. Those this mean I am no longer employed?

Check your payslip. It should show your employer name, tax deducted, etc.
No point speculating on what may have happened.
