Boots definitely has Sleek... The one on half moon cos I've seen cork bloggers mention it! Think the stand gets cleared out fairly quickly though...

The giant new Boots on Half Moon Street has a Sleek stand.

No NYX in city centre but if you're driving, Sam McCauleys in Blackpool Shopping Centre (on northside of city) has NYX stand.
