Craft Beer Off Licence Belfast City Centre?

Heading up to Belfast at the weekend for the first time in about 10 years, any off licences near the train station that sell good selection of bottled "craft" beers, was going to bring some up for friends but will save me dragging them along and might be cheaper?

This place has a brilliant selection but is about 30 mins walk from the train station. http://www.vineyardbelfast.co.uk/

They stock a good range of Irish stuff as well a lot of London breweries e.g. The Kernal, Partisan. Always find stuff in there that you'd not see down south.
