Mods, if this is in the incorrect place please feel free to move.
Just a simple query, does anyone know any good marathon training plans based on heart rate?

    Thanks in advance

Heart rate is not an accurate measurement of effort due to things like heart rate drift, weather conditions, sleep etc. So pace makes more sense.
