ROS online - Completing new tax registration

When completing a new registration for tax as an agent through ROS online, is the form saved anywhere as you wait for the signed client consent form to come back from the client or do you need to input all the details again?

When registering an existing client for an additional tax, I know it gives you the option to edit the application when you go to upload the signed client consent form but can't seem to find the option for new registrations.

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

First question, no, but it is being looked at I believe. I used to get clients to sign old fashioned tr1s and from that info do the ros upload.

Second question, must log in, go to add taxes and upload a new agent link form with the new tax added. Some more questions will follow depending on the tax head
