GEOTHERMAL System Problems

Hi all, I've a vertical bore Geothermal system from Unipipe, a good company I believe.
All was going fine for the last 6 years until this year. The gas pressure inside the heat transfer fluid keeps going too high ( above 3 bar) so the emergency valve keeps blowing, system then closes down. The plumber who installed has cleared it of this unknow gas 4 times now, tried everything he can, to no avail....but costing me money all the time!
Unipipe claim my problem is unique! They can't figure how gas is getting into the fluid as it's a closed system.....
Any ideas of what my problems are, or any good technician for geothermal systems??
    Help!

Just to be clear. Theres gas building up in the glycol side of the system? How did they identify this and how did they clear it? What work have they carried out?

The only gas that could be getting into that side of the system is from the refrigerant which would mean a leaking heat exchanger. Pressures there could idle at about 7-8 bar but there would only be a small amount and would need to be topped up before it would blow again. It would however lead to the heat pump tripping out as you mentioned. The error would be a "low pressure" error.
