Something wrong with my USB 3.0 port.

Hi, lads. I have a Toshiba C850 laptop running Windows 8.1, and I recently discovered that my USB 3.0 port will not work when I plug any devices in. I've looked in the device manager, and it says that there are no errors present. If I need to download a new driver, can someone please show me how?

You should be able to get drivers from toshiba. If you have issues with a new product of theirs i would try to contact their tech support.
