Hi everyone i'm new here not sure if i'm doing the right thing or not. Apologies if i make mistakes. I'm just wondering if anyone here has any experience of having an interview with the HSE for a position as a healthcare assistant or any other post? I had an interview and am place no. 9 on a panel just wondered if anyone would know how long i would be waiting to be offered a job please?

Hi, I had an interview in june and was placed 2nd on the panel. So now im in the middle of pre employment forms as I was offered a job shortly after ! It takes weeks, but hopefully all the form filling and visiting the commissioner of oaths will be over soon and I'll be starting work soon :)

hi all apologies for the delay well I got the job anyway after applying for it last May I finally started on the 29th of September! A very long process but worth it I'm very happy in my job. The interview focused on different topics like infection control, health and safety they gave lots of scenarios and ask u what would u do in this case like if an angry relative came up to u or if u were asked to do something that ur not qualified to do or not.confident with what would u do? The interview was fine just look up about HIQA too and elder abuse they will ask about that.
