my 18month Cyfra + card has lost entitlements for august but I was away??

    I have been away for a month with all gear switched off and tonight I tried my Cyfra + card and entitlements are up to 27 July 2014. Will card update automatically or must I email satkelp?

    all sorted it updated after a few hours.

    If you have any problems again, contact Rafael in satskelp, he is very helpful in sorting things out.

    Hope you enjoyed your month away. I'm going on my away trip on Wednesday.
