Well, how long has your daughter been out of this country and how long is it going to take you to go collect her and bring her back?
In the other thread you started on this subject, you said you were going to go on holidays? How long is the holiday for?

If your child is abroad for a 2 week holiday but is normally resident in Ireland with you, e.g. attending school her then you should be entitled to OPP if you meet the other requirements.

If she is out of the country for 3 months then social welfare may not consider her as normally resident.
