How to copy a disk from a PVR

Hi Guys, Looking for some help please, How can I copy programmes stored on a DVD Recorder to a DVD disk, or does anyone know of a product that will do this, Panasonic used to have one but the newer ones wont allow to copy to a disk from the library of the machine. Ant help greatly appreciated Thanks.
