Issue with letting agent

    Hi
    I had a lot of issues with my previous letting agent and have now moved to a new one. I had a 12 month contract with the old one which we terminated in writing midterm. He now owes us a refund. He will not answer the phone calls or voice-mails we leave him and also will not reply to emails. Any suggestions on next steps here? Does it go to the small claims court or Property Services Regulatory Authority?
