    Hi everyone.

    My name is Michelle from Tipperary and I am starting college in LIT in Limerick in September and am looking for a share house. I am looking for somewhere not too expensive and close enough to the college although distance won't be too much of an issue with the bus services available. I am looking to live with older students or working people. A non smoking house would be preferred. Hopefully I will hear back from someone. Thanks

    Hi Michelle

    My friend and I are looking for somewhere to rent at the moment from September on. We are 23 and 22 going on 23 and will be working in the city centre.

    Ideally it would be easier for us to have 3 people rather than 2 so let me know if you are interested and we can talk!

    We would probably be thinking of living in the suburbs - Castletroy or Dooradoyle areas though!

    Myself a friend are looking for a 3rd person to move into a house in Castletroy. Single room, €250 per month. really nice clean house. We're both male, mature students in UL. One is a smoker but we've previsions in place as I can't handle it too much. My girlfriend will be living there too and all bills will be split between the 3/4 of us that will be there at the time. Let me know if you're interested
