Where is Claddagh?

Hi i'm heading to Galway in a few weeks for the Streets of Galway run. I'm wondering where Claddagh is? and also Terryland retail park ? I don't drive so am relying on walking and buses. Advice as to how to get from A to B would be appreciated. Thanks K
