Hand moving by itself

I fractured my wrist three months ago, and my cast came off after six weeks. My wrist is still sore and I am having physiotherapy to bring back movement. Today I noticed that when I hold my arm upright and dangle my hand down, my hand rises upwards of its own violation (like something floating to the top of the pot).

I've tested my other hand for comparison and it doesn't do it - is this just a temporary thing while it settles down?
