    just a quick query.
I need a new plug socket in kitchen along a concrete wall. there is a plug socket at one end of wall. need socket in middle.
would an electrician be able to add a new one by running wires from other ?
sorry if this is stupid question

Yea possibly but he would need to see it. It might be possible to feed it from a socket bellow either.

If it's a concrete wall it will need to be chased, so lots of dust, tiles will need to come off etc... The chase only needs to take out enough for the backing box and go down behind the counter. Counter top may need to some out too, which may effect sinks / hob if present.

If you think you need one double socket fitted, get two fitted. Won't cost much more and you've a spare socket for radio or phone charger...
