Noise from rear of car(video included)

I have this annoying rattle which sounds like its coming from the offside rear, it's most noticeable at low speeds over bumps, so far i have changed rear shocks and drop links but it's still the same, it sounds like a golf ball in the boot(i've checked and there is none there :))
Anyone any idea ?, also there seems to be a 'tinny saw' vibration throughout which i can't hear unless passing a building with the window down.

Video is upside down(ever tried cable tying a phone underneath your car) but you can hear the noise at about 1.20 , very noticeable at 4.20 onwards aswell.

To me the tinny sound is like the exhaust reverberating (Possibly due to a hole or another anomaly) or slightly lose on one of the holders to the car body. Similar noise on an old Yaris of mine.

That's what i thought but everything seems secure and no visible holes, maybe time to stick a sock in the exhaust pipe
    Loose heat shield?

It's not that, i've checked it and its secure, it's doing my head in, i was thinking it might be a worn bush but they all seem fine.

I'm just short of strapping myself to the underbody :D

Exhaust hanger? looks like the exhaust is hitting/rubbing off the heat shield
