Gourmet marshmallows and meringues

    Seems these are the latest/new for weddings??

    Anyone getting them for their wedding.

    I've seen a company on fb that does them for wedding favours in nice bags - look interesting.

    Not a fan of wedding favours here. Used to be sugared almonds, then mints, then biscuits, now this. The cynical part of me forsees these mashed into hotel room carpets.

    The sugared almonds are the long traditional ones I believe.

    I've never got mints or biscuits as favours at a wedding???

    I watched one of Paul Hollywoods Puds & Pies recently and he had 2 girls on. They have their own website and a fantastic range of meringues. They look amazing. Their website is www.meringuegirls.co.uk

    This will only give you ideas, not sure who does them here though. They look so good though.

    No, but I don't like marshmallow or meringue usually.
