Is it possible to get on a flight that you have a seat booked for but have lost tickets/reserv number etc. ( they were provided as a gift). Would one's passport suffice?
Thanks in advance. (Aer Lingus won't really commit to any answer as I can't supply them with reservation number.)

Sure, you can self log in at the checkouts prior to boarding with your passport...not a big deal at all...

How are you going to check in?

You should have no issue if your name isn't extremely common and duplicated on the flight - generally giving your name and the flight is more than sufficient at an Aer Lingus desk.

I never have anything except my passport (except with Ryanair, obviously). You'll be fine once you know the time of the flight!!
