Hi there,
There is an issue with role permissions that is being worked on at the moment.

What is the point of this anyway?

We have been asked to nominate in various categories but none of those categories have been compiled to determine the most nominated in each category let alone be given the opportunity to actually vote on a winner

Simply put, what is the point of doing this if it's not going to be done properly?

The vote ran from the 7th July to the 13th of July. The winners can be reviewed here:

Ok, maybe you could post the winners in this forum too in future, I had no idea the winners would be posted in a different forum.

You're right, I only just realised now that there was actually a vote taken on these nominations in the first place! It was on an external survey site which clearly now goes to show it was not just me who missed out on the chance to vote having taken some time to make nominations in almost every category.

It is an incredible oversight not to publicise the existence of the survey in this forum and i hope the same thing doesn't happen again.

I kept checking back in this forum to see when the voting thread would be posted. I do sometimes browse the television forum too but the threads there get bumped off the first page and if it was stickied when it took place then I missed it. It would have been nice if at least a link was posted in here. It is the television awards forum after all and this is where the nominations were done. Maybe I'm just accustomed to the way the film award nominations and voting is done. But no use complaining now. What's done is done. But I hope next time there is at least a notification/link posted in here.
