Half your questions are answered on the webpage you linked. It comes with body, glass, indicator and heating element. It says it also comes primed and ready to paint. I would imgaine it's black as pictured but to be absolutely sure, send them an email. Micksgarage are usually very good at replying back to questions via email. You could also ring them. That way if they say it is black, but a white one arrives, you can say you were told via email or phone that it was black.

thanks for the swift reply. as you say, some of my questions are answered on the page but i suppose the huge difference in price between the ford garage and micks garage had me second guessing. have any of ye used the site what is quality like?

I've used Micksgarage several times and have always found them extremely helpful, efficient and very very well priced. They have a 'chat' function too, or used too, very handy when looking at things online to help clarify details. No affiliation, just a very happy customer, would recommend them.

Normally the colour for a 'primed and ready to paint' piece is a darkish grey - matt like. You will have to get this sprayed at a garage or bodyshop. I had to get the rear casing for a wing mirror sprayed recently (casing purchased from Micksgarage). Cost 25euros.

I've ordered a few things off Micksgarage over the last few years and no complaints. Very good to deal with.

OP, you need to be careful here. In mid 2008 the facelifted Focus appeared which had different shaped door mirrors to the pre facelifted model. All facelifted Focuses had indicator lights built into the door mirrors. Is yours the facelifted or pre-facelifted Focus?

Also on the pre facelifted Focus the Ghia and Titanium models had integrated indicators in their door mirrors whereas Style/Zetec models didn't. So you need to be clear which model you have to buy the correct matcher.

I've attached pics I'm not sure if that'll help with what you're saying bazz. Pics are of passenger side the drivers side is damaged. straight away i see the indicator lights are diff.
so i should be going for this one http://www.micksgarage.com/proddetails.aspx?pid=1637567

Try the scrapyards for one the same colour....should pick one up for €35/40 or so.
Cheaper than a new one and no need to get it painted.

....unless somebody else is paying for this, in which case you might as well go for a new one and then get it sprayed.

If someone else is paying, I'd be letting ford dealers fix it.

That looks like the facelifted model. I'd try a scrap yard though you may have to spray the housing to match the colour of your car. No big deal with that colour though, you should be able to DIY.
