I was out pruning in the garden yesterday and noticed some honey-bees, more than I've ever seen before. Got chatting and found out that someone has a bee-hive or two in the Kimmage Manor.

If you're that person - would you be averse to having a newbee watching over your shoulder as you go about your hive work? I'm hoping to set up a hive next year and would love to see what I'm up against.

    Hi Nekuchi,

I know I've met (or read something on here) from the person who has the bees at Kimmage Manor. It's familiar to me for some reason.

I'll wrack my brain for a while and see if I can remember where I heard of it.

You could contact the Co. Dublin Beekeeping Association and see if they know... that is the other place I might have met somebody...
