How to use old tablet as notice board

    Hi lads
    We've a few old tablets lying around the house that are a bit battered but still work that I want to repurpose. I've had BOINC running on them and turned one into digital photo frame but would love to have a digital notice board.

    I was thinking I could hang it in the kitchen and display and reminders myself or the other half sent to it.

    Do you know of any app that would let me send messages and display them?
