Help - threaded insert spinning in carbon frame

    So tried to remove bottle cage tonight and one of the bolts has seized with the insert and the insert is now spinning in the frame (carbon). Haven't tried but I assume I'll be able to get the inset out one way or another.

    Does anyone know where to get a slighter oversize insert to replace it with or how to fix?
