    Hi All,

This is not exactly DIY so please move my post if it shouldn't be here.

I am looking for recommendations for somebody to replace an aluminium door lock
in the South Kildare area. All of the numbers I have found so far have been Dublin or Cork - so if anyone can recommend someone I would appreciate it.

    Thanks.

If it's a EuroCylinder similar to the one in the pic, they are held in with 1 screw, so you could do it yourself

    Thanks for the reply uch

The issue is that the 3-point lock is actually stuck so I cannot open the door at all (the bottom "hook" seems to be jammed). I haven't tried to force it open as I am afraid I won't be able to lock it again. House is alarmed (and has been broken into twice in the past so I am paranoid about it). I want to see if a 5-point lock can be put in it's place.
The door is in about 13 years now so I am not sure if it can be done or not.
