    Is the choice of GPU intentional? It's a weak card; only equivalent to a 6670 and not the latest hardware at that.

    Yes it is. I went for the business end card which is much more expensive than the consumer cards (even with the same spec) but 1GB is plenty anyway.

    Personally I'd get a Samsung EVO SSD over Crucial. Must faster read speeds imo. My bros 840 Pro leaves my M4 in the dust with boot times. Probably 2.5 times faster!

    Go for Noctua NH-U12S for CPU cooling. Might add 30euro to build but recommended.

    That's the new MX100. It's two generations newer than the M4. Evo still has the edge, but not by much, unless you get the 512GB. On the other hand, the MX100 is €15 cheaper and you get an extra couple of GB.


    Re the graphics card - is it needed at all? Why not just run on Intel's integrated? It's pretty competent.
