Is it possible to book online to put yourself on the cancellation list? Or to get on the cancellation list would I have to ring?
    Thanks :)

Yeah during the booking process it will ask you if you wish to take a short-notice date, however at the moment it says:

"Please note that due to high demand for driving tests currently being experienced, it may not be possible to accommodate test candidates who are seeking a test at short notice."

If the option doesn't come up, I'd give them a ring

If you choose the short notice date do you normally get a test within a certain number of days?

When I used the cancellation list. I rang them, told them I had a summer job starting in a fortnight (I had but they didnt check) She called out the times available and I picked one.

I didn't get asked for the cancelation list during my application and I wanted to tick it, has this happened to anyone else?

I booked my test but after choosing a date and finalising it, it said they will give me a date with 4 weeks notice. What was the point in me picking a date if they wern't going to give it to me anyway!

Anyone any idea how long I could be waiting?
