Hi

I have this receiver a year now and the BBC red button interactive options worked for me before. But for the last few months, the interactive feature doesn't work and I was wondering if anyone could tell me why?

Eg I press the red button and the menu appears
I scroll down to Commonwealth Games and press ok
"Please wait" appears on bottom of menu and it just keeps hanging.......

My firmware is v5.8
