Cancelling Sky - what's left?

Apologies if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find an answer.

I currently have a Sky subscription that gives me quite a few channels. No movies or sports or anything like that, just the likes of Discovery etc and multi room viewing. One of the boxes is a HD box.

If I cancel my subscription completely, can I still get FTA channels on my set up? RTE, TV3 etc? Would I still have multi room viewing? Could I still record and pause stuff?

    No Irish stations
    No recording/pause etc

Just the FTA like bbc/itv/c4/e4more4/c5 and multi-room..

Take out your viewing card and see what's left.
