Warsaw long run?

I'm in Warsaw late September for a weekend, which means I need to plan a long run (18-20 miles) as part of my DCM training. Anyone here got any suggestions for a nice, simple route from city centre?

Never been to Warsaw so can't help there but I travel a fair bit with work and use the below to figure out where the cool kids go...
