Hi, can anyone give me a bit of info on council home improvement loan scheme. Our house is in quite bad state and needs renovation, my husband on and off work all the time, so have no saving to use, have to borrow. If you have an experience taking council home improvement loan please share with me, I just need to know what to expect. As far as I can see their rates are lower then bank rates, I think. thanks for your help.

I don't think after hours is the best place to ask for any (serious) advice

If he's off work can he not try to fix things up a bit?

Dress up as Batman and Robin and save councillor Murray from being mugged, she will surely approve it after that.

    Hi OP
I think the banking forum is more suitable for this thread
